Road Closures

Peninger Road Closed!

Please note that Peninger Road will be closed to through traffic during the Festival, only authorized vehicles will be permitted.

Do not drop off passengers at the Expo!

Festival attendees may not be dropped off in front of or around the Expo. The area will be patrolled and the policy enforced by Jackson County Sheriff's deputies and Central Point Police. Failure to adhere to these rules could result in offenders' wristbands getting cut. We've established an area to drop off fans in our GA parking lot, a few miles from the Festival. Free shuttles will run continuously between GA parking and the Festival.

Avoid Exit 33

While Exit 33 may take you directly to the Expo, Peninger Road will be closed to all through traffic during the Festival. There will be a checkpoint granting access to Festival staff, Family Fun Center patrons and fans with pre-purchased passes for Handicap Parking and Camping and VIP Parking. Peninger Road should be avoided by all fans en route to Festival camping and GA Parking. This area will be highly congested.

Use Exits 30 and 35

Directing Festival camping and GA parking traffic to Exits 30 and 35 will help reduce congestion, improving the overall traffic flow in the area.

Additional Closures

The bike path is closed to through bicycle traffic from Pine to Upton during the Festival. It will be open to pedestrian Festival traffic. There will be a bike parking area available near the Daytime Shuttle stop, at the South end of Peninger Road.

Upton Road will close Thursday to through traffic. Local and camping traffic only from 10th Street to Wilson during the Festival.

Free Shuttles

GA Parking Lot Shuttles

Starting daily at 7AM, shuttles run continuously, transporting fans to and from the GA Parking lot and the Daytime Shuttle stop on Festival grounds. This is an important part of our plan to manage traffic flow around the area and move thousands of Festival fans to and from the venue efficiently.

Camping Shuttles

Festival camping is located off-site. Starting daily at 7AM, a free shuttle will transport fans to and from their camping section to the Daytime Shuttle stop on Festival grounds. From there, fans may walk along the bike path to the Festival entrance or hire one of the available Pedicabs for $10 per person. Camping shuttles will run clockwise heading North.

Daytime Shuttle Stop

The Daytime stop is located between Rising Star Camping and the VIP Parking Lot. All parking and camping shuttle pickups and drop offs will occur at the Daytime Shuttle Stop, until the last performer takes the stage.

Evening Shuttle Stop

In the evening, after the last performance, Expo Gates 2 and 3 will open onto Peninger Road. Fans returning to their campsite should exit through Gate 2, labeled Camping Shuttles. Fans who parked in off-site GA parking will exit through Gate 3, labeled GA Parking Shuttles, to return to the GA Parking area. Once full, the shuttles will depart the queuing area.
